Air Schedules

Through a strategic alliance with Innovata-LLC you are able to see every flight schedule in the world with 7LFreight. The data is updated on a weekly basis which gives you the most accurate scheduling information available on the market. As Airline schedules change on a regular basis having the correct information the first time will allow you move on to the next project instead of wasting precious time looking for accurate information.

The Air Schedules have been implemented within the Complete Air Rates Module as well in a powerful stand-alone module. This allows you to either choose the schedule and then get your rates, or get your rates and then choose the schedule; you make the choice as to which option is easiest for you.

Ground Schedules

Not sure what carriers service any given airport? By utilizing 7LFreight's transit time module you're able to see simultaneously all of the carriers who have direct service to and from the airport codes of your choice. Currently there are over 150,000 transit schedules built into the 7LFreight System.

When quick transit matters most, you are able to simply click "best transit" and 7LFreight instantly highlights the fastest transit times available.

Need to know what your latest drop time is? Or your earliest recovery time so you can tell your customer quickly if a delivery by 8am is possible? 7LFreight will highlight the latest cut-off time and earliest recovery time for you with a simple click.

For those hard to service airport codes 7LFreight has built two tools to help you find other options into that airport code.

Local Cartage

Local Cartage rates are the most widely used tool within the system. Whether you use the standalone module, or use it combined with the Complete Ground and Air rates you will have access to over 700+ Cartage Agents rates and service points. The 7LFreight cartage network covers over 90% of all zip codes in the United States, and agents are continually being added to give you even more options.

As with all of 7LFreight's modules, its incredibly simple to use. All you do is type in the zip code that the freight is picking up from, or delivering to and enter the weight and hit 'Rates'. If you want to you can also enter the dimensions of the freight and 7LFreight will calculate the various dim factors. It is recommend that you enter dimensions as some carriers charge a 250 dim factor, some a 194, some charge off actual weight, and other charge off their custom dim factor. 7LFreight uses the right dim factor every time.

Along with the service points and rates we also load the accessorials of the Cartage Agents. With 7LFreight just select the accessorials you want to apply and then click 'apply' all of the rates will be adjusted to include the accessorial.

You are also able to get real time traffic status in the major metro areas, by using this information you will be able to give your customer an accurate time frame of when they expect to see the cartage agent, or how much time it is going to take you to get to the airport.

Linehaul Rates

Enter your origin and destination and click get rates and 7LFreight will return your contract rates with your Linehaul carriers. It also displays their transit schedules to the right - Giving you all of the relevant information that you need all on one screen!

Do you always remember which ground carriers charge you off a 194 dim factor vs. a 250 dim factor or if your company has negotiated a 300 dim factor on all outbound freight from DFW? With 7LFreight just enter the pieces and dimensions and it will return the correct chargeable weight for you.

7LFreight always checks nearby airport codes to see if there is possibly a cheaper option. Please observe in the first example (Screenshot1) , 7LFreight found a ground option that is nearly $60 cheaper! On the second example (Screenshot2) 7LFreight found a ground option that is $84.55 cheaper. Our intuitive program shows you options that might have otherwise been overlooked.

Complete Rates

While combining the Linehaul rates and Cartage Agent rates this package calculates your pick up, Linehaul and delivery costs and returns various GP margins under the 7L Quote Tool. These quotes are fast and accurate, providing you with your best tariff rates. You are able to get Door to Airport, Airport to Door, and Door to Door rates within this area.

7LFreight still allows you to ultimately select the carrier used. Simply select the drop down box and select the carrier you would like to use. The rate will automatically update and you will still have accurate information in font of you.(Screenshot1)

Not sure of the carriers transit schedule? Their origin terminal location? Their destination terminal location? Contact phone numbers? Simply hit "Show info" and all of that information will be displayed. Press "Hide info" to remove it from the screen. (Screenshot2)

As with the Cartage Agent module simply click show accessorials and click on any of the accessorials listed. The total cartage charge will automatically update. These rates are off your tariffs with your agents. When a zip code is queried that we do not have an agent for 7LFreight will return the nearest airport codes to that zip code. You can then click on each one to get an airport to door, or door to airport rate. Also, an email is sent to the 7L Customer support team notifying them that the zip code is not covered and they will look for an agent that services that zip code. (Screenshot2)

Airport to Airport Rates

From counter service to guaranteed, ULD or SCR rates, every rate is calculated and displayed between the two airport code parings of your choice. 7LFreight will also look at alternate airport codes within a 75 mile radius as potential alternate drop points. This comes in handy when you are having difficulty finding a routing between the two primary airport codes.

With over 100 loading charts built into the system, when you enter dimensions of the freight you will be able to view which aircraft that freight can fit on. This will help you drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to route air freight, you will no longer have to search your loading charts.

7LFreight will also take into account any potential oversize fees that could be applied. If your freight triggers the carriers oversize rules the rate will be automatically calculated into the subtotal. This will eliminate the potential costly issue of the operator not properly applying an oversize fee.

Another feature that is contained within the Air Freight Rates is the 7L Analyzer. When Friday to Monday, Next Day, or 2nd day Linehaul service is found, a tip will be displayed. This will help you avoid flying the freight when there is a reliable surface option available.

Door to Door Rates

With the ever growing TSA requirements, 7LFreight implemented some features in the door to door module that will help prevent TSA violations.

The two filters that were added are TSA Agent, meaning that they have completed your security program and you have their STA's on file. The second filter is TSA Known Shipper, have you taken the necessary steps for the shipper to become known, if so you check this box and you will have access to all airline options.

As with the Cartage Agent module if you want to add accessorials click on the logo and check any of the accessorials listed. The total cartage charge will automatically update. These rates are off your tariffs with your agents. International Rates

Pounds?, Kilos?, Dollars?, Euros? Not a problem with our International Airfreight module. The International Air Freight Module supports every airline and every tariff to any destination.

Currently, the International Air Module is Door to Airport, or Airport to Door, where the door portion is the domestic inland trucking.

If the local market is an international gateway this module will calculate the pick up and international air freight cost. If the market you are picking up from does not have any service to international destination, 7LFreight will calculate the pick up cost, the Linehaul, the transfer fee and your international air cost.

Zip Code and City Name Lookup

The most notable Fast Tool is our zip code lookup and city name lookup, it correlates every zip code and city to an airport code and shows the distance to the airport code. The results are displayed in miles to the airport code as well as color coded for easy reference.

Maps and Directions

Enter a zip code and click show. It will display your query on the map as well as the nearby airport codes. You're able to instantly see on a map where your destination is in relation to other things around it.

Need to know quickly if something dims out? Enter your pieces and dims and get the results for 194 (Air Freight), 250 (Truck Load) and 166 (International) dim factors.

FAST Linehaul Schedule

Quickly run a search to see the transit schedules of up to 5 linehaul carriers on any given lane.

FAST LH Rates

With this Fast Tool you're able to display your line rates with 5 of your carriers on any given lane. This quickly shows all of your weight break discounts. This tool is useful when you need to look up multiple rates and weight breaks.

FAST Cartage Rates

This fast tool allows you to type in the zipcode that you are looking for a rate to/from. Once you click 'Display' the top 3 agents will be displayed along with their rates and then 7LFreight will also return what the average cost for the pick up is for all agents that service the zipcode.

FAST Agent Look Up

Just type in an airport code and the name of the carriers and their phone numbers will be displayed. If you want more detailed information on the carrier just click on their name and all of their detailed information will be displayed.

FAST Airline Schedules

With the FAST Airline schedules you can quickly look up schedules for different airlines. This is handy when you want to verify what time a flight departs or arrives.

FAST Compatible Aircraft

If you are not sure about what aircraft your freight can fit on you can use the FAST Compatible Aircraft and it will check the loading charts of multiple carriers and show you first which carriers can accomodate the freight and secondly what specific aircraft in their fleet can accomodate the freight.

We offer a wide array of agents nation wide. By utilizing our database you're able to search through our agents listing to find the agent that fits your needs.

7LFreight updates our agents daily, ensuring our fuel surchages and rates of our agents are accurate. New agents are added on a regular basis.

Ground Carriers

We have all of the office locations for all of the nationwide carriers as well as many smaller regional carriers. Are you tired of being charged a transfer by your agents, and when you question it they say its out of the way? We display all of the linehaul carriers on a map so you can see where their terminal in relation to other linehaul carrier's terminal.

As with our agents, we also continually update fuel surcharges, schedules and rates to relay accurate information.

This tool is also highly effective for putting together project quotes, with utilizing the door to door application as well as the 7LQuotes you're able to get your rates and then save all your data in mere minutes instead of hours.

The operations quote layout was designed with the intention of putting all the information you'll need to route the shipment on one easy to read page.

Customer Quotes

The Customer Quote takes the information from the Operations Quote and hides all of the costs. You're able to select the sell price along with any accessorials that you might want to have included on your quote.

The quote is saved and assigned a unique number so you can reference the quote (and all of the routing) at any time.
